The HRBP will provide support to Phi consulting‘s global initiatives. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees and works closely with Recruitment and Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless service on people-related issues and initiatives.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT/ITeS enables industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
  • Knowledge of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters
  • Strong employee relations and policy experience
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels of the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated net positive contributor to company community and culture above and beyond job duties
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work directly with managers across all departments to support them in effectively managing their teams and managing performance, including consulting, coaching, role play, and overall support with any communications
  • Establish and manage ongoing strong relationships with key stakeholders, thus opening the door for support and escalations
  • Deliver on business-critical initiatives and projects, such as merit, promotions and calibrations

HR Policies And Practices

  • Manage employee relations for assigned client groups (conduct, performance, and investigations)
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law
  • Consult with legal counsel as appropriate
  • Serve as an expert on company policy and ensuring decisions are made within policy
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure any questions are answered and closed out in a timely way

Talent Development

  • Manage employee lifecycle events from onboarding to off boarding
  • Regularly assess talent with leadership ensuring alignment on path forward and staffing decisions
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and partner with COEs as well as identifying opportunities to localize content and delivery
