EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Well acquainted with HRIS
  • Strong Interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
  • Expereince of hiring professionals for professional and mangeral roles.
  • Atleast 3 years of prior experience at a recognized company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Observes the need of new talent acquisition for each department
  • Conduct monthly meeting with each employee discussing their concerns and performance
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
