This Sales Trainer role is responsible to identify opportunity skills for the Sales Team and determine appropriate and innovative learning solutions to address essential knowledge and skills. Specific responsibilities will include:

EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working in a technology organization and a high growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 2+ years experience in corporate training environment with a focus on Sales Training
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium projects directly and through others
  • Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams
  • Comfort with learning management systems (Cornerstone preferred), data, and analytics to provide insight on training opportunities
  • Ability to prioritize workload and optimally balance competing priorities to meet goals
  • Obsessive and unwavering commitment to empowering sellers
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability, not hesitant to get hands-on
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create interactive training exercises and courses to increase the sales team’s mastery of key skill sets
  • Keep current on training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Learn and understand the Phi Sales Model
  • Improve training effectiveness by providing readily available support; integrating support with routine job functions
  • Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Ability to translate changes in products/ technology into relevant training material; train sales team on how to explain complex product information to non-technical audiences
  • Support and contribute to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability
  • Collaborate often with the Sales Leaders, Sales Advocates and other departments
