BizOps · Client: PHI CONSULTING · Starts Oct 2026
Phi operates from a secured campus in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. All roles are on-site.
About the role
Phi builds and operates revenue systems for B2B startups. Our GTM pods plug into a client's stack and run it. This seat sits inside one client: a Series A B2B startup that recently raised and is scaling its sales team. HubSpot is their system of record for everything that touches revenue, and you own it.
You'll be a Phi hire working day to day with the client's sales leadership. That means you'll be in their pipeline reviews, their forecast calls, and their Slack. When something in HubSpot is wrong, slow, or missing, they come to you. You fix it and you fix the reason it happened.
What you'll own:
HubSpot architecture: objects, properties, pipelines, deal and lifecycle stages, permissions, and the rules for who can create what
Automation: workflows, sequences, lead routing and round robin, SLA alerts, task creation, handoffs between SDRs and AEs
Data: import standards, deduplication, enrichment sync, field governance, and the ongoing cleanup that keeps reports honest
Reporting: pipeline by stage, conversion rates, rep activity, forecast, and source attribution. The dashboards sales leadership opens every Monday.
Integrations: HubSpot with Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, dialers, Slack, and whatever else the team runs on. Native connectors, n8n or Zapier, webhooks, basic API work.
Process: taking what the VP Sales wants and turning it into stages, fields, and automations. Documenting it. Training reps on it. Holding the line when people work around it.
A weekly working session with sales leadership: what broke, what's changing, what's next
What you need to have:
2+ years hands-on as a HubSpot admin on Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise. Marketing Hub only doesn't count.
You've built at least one of these from scratch: lead routing, a lead or deal scoring model, a multi-pipeline setup, or a forecast that sales leadership trusted
You understand a B2B sales funnel well enough to disagree with a sales leader about stage definitions, and win sometimes
You can look at a HubSpot report and explain why the number is wrong before anyone asks
You've connected HubSpot to other tools and debugged it when the sync broke
English clear enough to run a working session with a US VP of Sales
You can work US hours from Islamabad, 3 days a week in office
Nice to have:
HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub Software, Reporting, or RevOps)
Experience with Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, or similar outbound infrastructure
Salesforce background. Knowing where HubSpot differs helps.
You've been inside a sales team that went from 3 reps to 10
SQL or serious spreadsheet modeling
What this role is not:
Not a contact upload and email template job
Not a marketing automation seat
Not a ticket queue. You'll be in the room when decisions get made and expected to have a view.
Full time. Islamabad. 3 days in office, 2 from home.
US business hours, typically from 07:00 pm PKT till 04:00 am PKT. Expect an evening to late-night PKT schedule; the exact window depends on the client's time zone and is confirmed at offer.

One CV and a few questions. No cover letter.
Do work that compounds.
The systems you build here keep running, and keep improving, long after you ship them. That is the kind of work Phi is built for.
