Overview: What is ScaledMail?
Google inboxes cost $3.50 per mailbox per month and Microsoft $50 per domain of 25 mailboxes (checked October 2026).
You choose a daily or monthly sending target and a mix of providers, and ScaledMail's team registers or connects the domains, sets SPF, DKIM and DMARC, provisions the inboxes and keeps watching deliverability. It doesn't send campaigns. The inboxes plug into a sequencer such as Instantly or Smartlead, which handles sequences and normal warmup. Pre-warmed domains are available for teams that can't wait out a fresh warmup.

Agencies and B2B teams where cold email is already a working channel and adding domains and inboxes has become a weekly chore. Someone sending a small campaign from a few inboxes, or who is happy to set DNS records themselves, will spend less on a self-serve provider.

Usage
How to use ScaledMail.
Create a free account, set your sending volume, pick providers, and the team builds the domains and inboxes. The vendor quotes 24 to 72 hours on its pricing page and two to four business days on its homepage. Then connect the inboxes to your sequencer: ScaledMail lists Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe, Apollo, Lemlist, Saleshandy, Salesforge, Supersend, Mailreach, ListKit and Clay.

Does ScaledMail include warmup?
Normal warmup runs through your sequencer, not a ScaledMail tool. If you need to send sooner, it sells pre-warmed domains that skip the usual two-week warmup.
What are ScaledMail's limits?
It isn't a sequencer, so you still pay for one. Setup is done by people, so it takes from one to four business days rather than minutes, and detailed reporting costs extra per mailbox or domain, which adds up across a large setup.
What are the alternatives to ScaledMail?
