ScrapeJoy
ScrapeJoy is a managed web scraping service that builds and runs custom scrapers on request, for sales, marketing and research teams that need data from websites.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is ScrapeJoy?
Directory listings that read its pricing graphic put it at a flat $1,199 a month for unlimited queued requests (checked October 2026).
You don't use a scraping app. You send ScrapeJoy a request and its team writes the scraper, mostly in Python, then delivers the data. Its site lists lead lists from LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit and conference pages, competitor and marketplace data from Amazon or Etsy, and company signals such as Glassdoor and G2 ratings. Note that ScrapeJoy now runs on scrapejoy.co, and the old scrapejoy.com domain is parked for sale.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Teams that need web data regularly but don't want to build or maintain scrapers. At a flat monthly fee it's hard to justify for a single small list, and its queue suits planned work better than urgent, parallel jobs. Teams that want an API or a CRM connection should look at a scraping platform instead.
- One-off or recurring datasets from hard-to-scrape sites
- Teams with no engineer to maintain scrapers

Usage
How to use ScrapeJoy.
Subscribe, then send requests by email, on a call or in a shared Google Doc. Requests join a queue and are delivered one at a time, and ScrapeJoy says most take two business days or less. If rows or columns are missing, it revises the scraper. For data that goes stale, ask for a periodic scrape, and pause the subscription in quiet months so unused days carry over.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does ScrapeJoy cost?
Directory listings that read ScrapeJoy's pricing graphic list a flat $1,199 a month for unlimited queued requests (checked October 2026). There's a 7-day full refund, but no free trial.
Is ScrapeJoy still in business?
Yes, at scrapejoy.co. The older scrapejoy.com domain is parked and listed for sale, so use the .co address.
How long does a scraping request take?
ScrapeJoy says most requests are done in two business days or less, with complex ones taking longer. Requests are worked one at a time, so a long queue adds wait time.
How does the pause feature work?
Billing runs on 31-day cycles. If you pause after 21 days, the remaining 10 days stay on your account for later.
What are ScrapeJoy's limits?
It's a service, not software, so there's no public API, self-serve dashboard or native CRM integration listed. Requests run one at a time, and it has no user reviews on G2 or Capterra to check its delivery claims against.
What are the alternatives to ScrapeJoy?
Import.io also offers managed scraping. Bright Data and Apify are platforms with scraping APIs and ready-made scrapers you run yourself. PhantomBuster and Octoparse are no-code tools you set up and run yourself.
