    Build it, step by step

    Build it, step by step.

    1. 01

      Set persona and pillars

Define your target audience, three core content themes, and desired positioning before creating any posts. This keeps all output aligned.

      • Write down your LinkedIn profile URL
      • Document your target audience (title, industry, pain)
      • Choose three core content pillars you can speak to credibly
      • Define how you want to be known (your positioning statement)
    2. 02

      Map posts to funnel stage

Each post is tagged TOFU (awareness), MOFU (education), or BOFU (proof). The mix drives reach, trust, and demand in balance.

      • TOFU posts: broad reach, relatability, journey stories
      • MOFU posts: frameworks, processes, tech stacks, breakdowns
      • BOFU posts: demos, case outcomes, feature updates, client stories
      • Maintain the balance across weeks; avoid posting all TOFU or all BOFU in one sprint
    3. 03

      Publish three posts per week

Consistency matters more than volume. A fixed cadence (e.g. Monday/Wednesday/Friday) trains the algorithm and your audience.

      • Publish three times per week on fixed days
      • Space posts at least 24 hours apart
      • Do not increase frequency until you see clear performance patterns
      • Quality and consistency beat high volume
    4. 04

Use examples for structure, not copy

Each post in the plan includes a description, suggested format, and example link. Use them to understand what works, not to replicate.

      • Read the description column for the post objective
      • Check the format (photo, infographic, carousel, video, screenshot)
      • Review example links to see structure and hook patterns
      • Do not copy example text or creative
    5. 05

      Add your point of view

Every post must include your lived experience, a clear takeaway for the reader, and context for why it matters now.

      • Insert your unique POV or a real example from your work
      • Make the value clear: what does the reader get from this?
      • Explain why this matters right now (timeliness or relevance)
      • Personal context builds authenticity and credibility
    6. 06

      Track performance weekly

At the end of each week, log impressions, saves, profile visits, and engagement. The goal is pattern recognition, not vanity metrics.

      • Log impressions per post
      • Track saves and sends (strongest signal of value)
      • Note profile visits and follower changes
      • Count comments and DMs (qualitative signal)
      • Look for patterns across post type, format, and topic
    7. 07

      Repurpose high-performers

Posts with strong saves, sends, or engagement can be reformatted into carousels, templates, or downloadable assets to extend their reach.

      • Identify posts with >2x average saves or sends
      • Reformat into carousel, cheat sheet, or template
      • Republish as a new post or gated asset
      • Build a library of reusable content over time
    8. 08

      Repeat and refine the system

At day 90, review overall performance, double down on what worked, and set up the next 90 days with an improved content plan.

      • Review aggregate performance across all posts
      • Identify top-performing topics, formats, and funnel stages
      • Remix successful posts with new angles or updates
      • Plan the next 90 days using validated themes
      • Treat this as a system, not a one-time calendar
