Overview: What is SendForensics?

Plans start at $49 a month on Brand, or $39 a month billed annually (checked October 2026).

Before a send, you run a message through its content analysis and seed tests to see spam triggers and inbox placement, and preview it across email clients. After sending, its dashboard tracks complaint rates, blacklist listings and DMARC failures across your domains, and alerts you by Slack, webhook or email. For an outbound team it answers whether a domain is healthy and authenticated before sequences go out. It doesn't warm inboxes or send email itself.

Fit: Ideal customer profile.

Marketing teams, IT teams enforcing DMARC and agencies managing deliverability for several brands, who want testing and monitoring in one place across a handful of domains. Cold outbound teams running dozens of secondary domains will hit the domain limits quickly and often pair testing with a warmup tool.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How much does SendForensics cost?

Brand is $49, Company $79, Agency $199 and Enterprise from $349 a month, or 20% less on annual billing. Plans differ mainly by sending domains, users and DMARC report volume (checked October 2026).

Does SendForensics help with DMARC?

Yes. It generates a starter DMARC record, processes DMARC reports, finds unmonitored subdomains and protects non-sending domains, with alerts when authentication fails.

Are SendForensics inbox placement tests unlimited?

They're unlimited under a fair-use policy of 1,000 deliverability analyses and 50 seed list placement tests per sending domain each month.

What are SendForensics' limits?

It tests and monitors but doesn't warm up inboxes or send mail. Domain limits are tight for cold outbound setups with many secondary domains, and which integrations work depends on whether you send from a shared or dedicated IP.

What are the alternatives to SendForensics?

GlockApps and Mail-Tester focus on inbox placement and spam tests, EasyDMARC on authentication and DMARC, MailReach adds inbox warmup, and MXToolbox covers DNS and blacklist checks.
