Warmup Inbox
Warmup Inbox is an email warmup service that connects your sending inboxes to a network of other inboxes that open, reply to and rescue your emails, so cold email teams build sender reputation before they scale volume.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Warmup Inbox?
Plans start at $15 per inbox per month billed annually, or $19 monthly, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card (checked October 2026).
You connect an inbox over OAuth or SMTP, and Warmup Inbox sends and receives warmup emails on a gradual ramp while it tracks inbox placement, spam placement and blacklist status. It says its network has more than 30,000 real inboxes. In an outbound stack it sits beside the sending tool, on every mailbox that sends cold email, and it keeps running after the ramp to hold reputation.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
SDR teams, agencies and recruiters sending cold email from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inboxes, especially on new domains. Teams that already get warmup inside their sequencer may not need a separate tool, and teams with dozens of mailboxes should price it out, because every inbox is billed.

Usage
How to use Warmup Inbox.
Connect each sending inbox from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP provider, then let the ramp run. Warmup Inbox suggests a full ramp of 14 to 21 days, with campaign volume kept low, around 20 to 50 emails a day, in the first weeks. Filter its messages into an archive folder so they stay out of your way, and leave warmup on while campaigns run.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Warmup Inbox cost?
Basic is $15 per inbox per month billed annually or $19 monthly. Pro is $49 and Max is $79 per inbox per month on annual billing, and more than 50 inboxes are quoted.
How long does Warmup Inbox take to warm an inbox?
Warmup Inbox says first changes show in 3 to 7 days and a full ramp takes 14 to 21 days. It recommends keeping warmup on for as long as the inbox sends.
Which email providers does Warmup Inbox support?
Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho and any provider that connects over SMTP and IMAP.
What are Warmup Inbox's limits?
Every inbox is billed, so costs grow with your mailbox count. Daily warmup volume and reply rates are capped by plan, and warmup can't fix weak copy or a bad list, which Warmup Inbox says too.
What are the alternatives to Warmup Inbox?
lemwarm, Mailreach, Warmy, Warmbox and TrulyInbox are other email warmup tools. Each prices and caps warmup differently, so compare the cost at your own mailbox count.
