Overview: What is QuickEmailVerification?

The free tier verifies 100 addresses a day, and pay-as-you-go credits start at $4 for 500 (checked October 2026).

It runs the standard checks on each address: syntax, domain, mail server and whether the mailbox exists, plus flags for disposable, role-based and accept-all (catch-all) addresses. The API returns 15 fields per address, including a safe-to-send flag. In an outbound motion it sits between list building and the sequencer, so bad addresses come out before they reach Instantly, Smartlead or your email platform.

Fit: Ideal customer profile.

Marketers and outbound teams cleaning lists before a send, and developers adding a verification check to signup forms or a CRM. It suits small teams who want free daily checks and credits that don't expire. Teams whose lists are full of enterprise domains that accept all mail will get many accept-all results it can't resolve, so test a sample first.

  • Cleaning lists before a campaign
  • Blocking fake signups at the form
  • Low-volume teams on a budget

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is QuickEmailVerification free?

Yes, the free tier verifies up to 100 email addresses a day with no time limit. For more volume, buy One Time credits from $4 for 500 or a monthly Daily plan.

Do QuickEmailVerification credits expire?

One Time (pay-as-you-go) credits never expire, and you aren't charged again when they run out. Daily plan credits reset every day and don't carry over.

Does QuickEmailVerification integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce?

Yes, both are on its integrations list, along with Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, Zapier and an official n8n node.

How does QuickEmailVerification handle catch-all emails?

The API marks them with an accept-all flag. It can't confirm whether a specific mailbox exists on a domain that accepts all mail, so you decide whether to send to those addresses.

What are QuickEmailVerification's limits?

Accept-all addresses stay unresolved, and one independent review rates its spam-trap detection below its rivals. It cleans lists but doesn't monitor inbox placement or sender reputation, so pair it with a deliverability tool.

What are the alternatives to QuickEmailVerification?

ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Bouncer and DeBounce are bulk and API email verifiers like it. Scrubby focuses on the catch-all and risky addresses that standard verifiers leave as unknown.
