Updated October 2026

Overview: What is RocketPhone?
Plans start from £30 per user a month on Lite, with a five-seat minimum and annual billing (checked October 2026).
It works as a softphone inside Salesforce, or alongside the telephony you already have, and it also captures video and in-person conversations. Its RocketCell product is a business mobile network that logs every mobile call in Salesforce, aimed at field teams. RocketPhone is a UK company listed on Salesforce AppExchange, and it prices in pounds.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Sales and service teams of five or more seats that live in Salesforce and want every call, including mobile calls, recorded and logged without reps typing notes. It's built around Salesforce, so teams on HubSpot or another CRM should look at a CRM-agnostic dialer.

Usage
How to use RocketPhone.
Every rollout starts with a managed setup: installation, training, telecom configuration and Salesforce setup, billed as a one-off fee. Reps then call from Salesforce records, and recordings, transcripts and next steps sync to the matching record. Field reps can use RocketCell so calls made on their mobiles land in Salesforce too.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does RocketPhone cost?
Lite starts at £30 per user per month and A.I at £60, with a five-seat minimum and annual billing. A one-off implementation fee is added, quoted by rollout size (checked October 2026).
Does RocketPhone work without Salesforce?
It's built for Salesforce. It's a certified Salesforce ISV on AppExchange and writes every call to Salesforce records, so it isn't a fit for teams on another CRM.
What is RocketCell?
RocketCell is RocketPhone's business mobile network. Calls made on a work mobile are recorded, transcribed, summarized and logged in Salesforce, so field teams don't have to update the CRM by hand.
What are RocketPhone's limits?
It's Salesforce-only, sold annually with a five-seat minimum and a setup fee, and priced in pounds. Recordings and transcripts are deleted 30 days after your contract ends unless you pay for extended storage.
What are the alternatives to RocketPhone?
Revenue.io is also built for Salesforce, Aircall and Dialpad are cloud phone systems that work with several CRMs, and Gong and Chorus focus on recording and analyzing sales calls rather than providing the phone line.
