There's a free plan with 50 minutes a month, and paid plans start at $10 a month on Hobby (checked October 2026).
Simli doesn't handle speech recognition, the language model or the voice. You keep your own and send Simli the audio, and it streams back avatar video, in about 150 ms by Simli's own figure. Avatars are built in 3D from a single photo, and video runs at 1366 by 768 in 16:9, with square and portrait options. The company behind it is Simli AS.

Usage
How to use Simli.
Create an API key, pick a face from the default library or upload a photo to build a custom avatar, then connect it to your voice agent. Simli has official integrations for LiveKit Agents, as an open source Python plugin, and for Pipecat, through its SimliVideoService. For anything else, use Simli's SDKs. In LiveKit you pass a face ID and an emotion ID when you start the avatar session.

It's developer-first: there's no video editor or campaign tool, so you need a working voice agent and someone to integrate it. The 150 ms response time is Simli's own figure, and minutes and concurrent sessions are capped by plan.
