Overview: What is Sniff?

Sniff's own pricing page didn't load when checked in October 2026; one independent comparison lists a free plan and Pro at $29 a month.

You ask in plain English, for example who's complaining about a competitor this week, and Sniff returns ranked posts with source links and suggested next steps. Agents can build a warm lead list from that activity, brief you on a prospect's recent posts, or find LinkedIn threads worth commenting on. Listeners run the same searches over time and send alerts. Its home moved from sniff.ai to sniff.so.

Fit: Ideal customer profile.

Founders, sales and marketing teams whose buyers talk openly on X, LinkedIn or Reddit, and who want to reply or reach out while the post is fresh. It's less useful where buyers don't post in public, and it doesn't replace a contact database: you still need emails or phone numbers from another tool.

How much does Sniff cost?

One independent comparison (OpenCorp, August 2026) lists a free Basic plan with 5 weekly credits, Pro at $29 a month for 40 credits and Business at $499 a month. Sniff's own pricing page was unavailable when checked in October 2026.

Which networks does Sniff search?

X, LinkedIn, Reddit, news sites and niche forums, all from one search box.

Is Sniff the same as sniff.ai?

The product now lives at sniff.so. The old sniff.ai address didn't load when checked in October 2026.

Trigify turns social engagement into outbound signals, Common Room tracks buying signals across community and social channels, Awario and Brand24 monitor brand and keyword mentions, and F5Bot sends free keyword alerts from forums.
