Swordfish
Swordfish is a contact data tool that finds cell phone numbers and personal and work emails for people, for SDRs who cold call and recruiters who need to reach candidates directly.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Swordfish?
Several 2026 reviews list the Solo plan at $99 a month for one user with unlimited lookups under a fair-use limit (checked October 2026).
Swordfish works through a Chrome extension that shows contact details on a profile, a search tool for building lists by location, industry, company size and title, and a reverse lookup that starts from a phone number or email. Its pitch is phone data: Swordfish claims 82% first-dial accuracy on cell numbers, a vendor figure two reviews repeat. It only supplies data, so the numbers and emails go into a dialer, a sequencer or the CRM afterwards.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Reps and recruiters whose work depends on reaching people by phone, and who look up contacts one at a time or in modest batches. Teams that want company data, intent signals or sending in the same tool will need other products alongside it.

Usage
How to use Swordfish.
Install the Chrome extension and open a profile to see the numbers and emails Swordfish has, or build a list in its search and export it. Swordfish doesn't send email or run sequences, so teams pass the contacts to a sequencer such as Instantly, a dialer or their CRM. Larger teams use the CSV enrichment and API on a team plan to enrich lists in bulk.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Swordfish cost?
Independent reviews list the Solo plan at $99 a month for one user, with unlimited lookups under a fair-use limit. Team plans with bulk enrichment and the API are priced separately (checked October 2026).
What does unlimited mean on Swordfish?
Unlimited comes with a fair-use cap. One independent review puts it at roughly 150 to 200 contacts a day, with a phone reveal using about 10 times the allowance of an email, so ask Swordfish for the cap on your plan.
What are Swordfish's limits?
It's data only: no sequencing, no intent signals and little company data, so it needs other tools around it. Team pricing isn't clearly published, and high-volume teams can hit the fair-use cap.
What are the alternatives to Swordfish?
Lusha and Kaspr reveal emails and phone numbers from a LinkedIn extension (Kaspr with a European focus), RocketReach looks up emails and direct dials, Cognism focuses on compliant data for EMEA teams, and Apollo adds sequencing to its contact database.
