Sybill
Sybill is an AI sales assistant that records sales calls and meetings, then writes summaries, follow-up emails and CRM field updates from them, for AEs and sales leaders who want less admin after every call.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Sybill?
There's a free plan, and paid plans start at $30 per user per month on Pro, billed yearly (checked October 2026).
It joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, can capture in-person meetings through its mobile app, and also reads deal emails and Slack threads. Ask Sybill answers questions about a deal with citations back to the call or email. On Business and above, CRM Autofill fills deal fields such as next step, decision criteria and competition in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
B2B sales teams running a lot of video calls who want follow-ups and CRM updates written for them, and managers who want a deal-by-deal view of what buyers said. CRM field updates start on the $90 Business plan, so a team that mainly needs fields updated in HubSpot or Salesforce should budget for that tier rather than Pro.
- Post-call follow-ups
- CRM hygiene without manual entry

How to use Sybill.
Connect your calendar so Sybill joins Zoom, Meet or Teams calls, and install the mobile app for in-person meetings. On Business, connect HubSpot or Salesforce and choose which fields Sybill may update and which pipelines sync. The HubSpot app syncs deals, companies and contacts every few minutes and turns call action items into HubSpot tasks. Teams already on Gong, Chorus or Fireflies can pull those recordings in.
Cost
Pricing.
$30/ user/month
Prices are per user per month on annual billing; monthly billing costs about 20% more (checked October 2026). Credits are spent only when you ask Sybill to do something, such as a pipeline analysis. Summaries, briefs, follow-up emails and CRM Autofill don't use credits. Extra credits come in 5,000-credit bundles, and there are no refunds for changes mid-subscription.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Sybill cost?
Pro is $30 and Business $90 per user per month billed yearly, or $36 and $108 billed monthly. Enterprise is quoted, and there's a free plan with summaries for 20 meetings a month (checked October 2026).
Does Sybill integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce?
Yes, but full CRM sync and CRM Autofill need Business or Enterprise. The HubSpot app syncs deals, companies and contacts both ways and logs call summaries and tasks to the right records.
How do Sybill credits work?
Credits are used when you ask Sybill a question or give it a task, like building a deck or running a win-loss analysis. Work it does on its own, such as summaries and follow-up emails, is free.
What are Sybill's limits?
CRM field updates start at $90 per user, the free plan keeps data for only three months, and heavy users of Ask Sybill or the MCP connection can run through weekly credits and need top-ups.
What are the alternatives to Sybill?
Gong and Chorus are broader conversation intelligence platforms, Avoma and Attention also analyze meetings and automate sales tasks, and Fireflies is a general meeting notetaker.
