Valuecase
Valuecase is a digital sales room and customer onboarding tool that gives each B2B buyer one branded workspace for content, mutual action plans and onboarding tasks, for sales, onboarding and customer success teams.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Valuecase?
Plans start at €59 a month billed annually, with a 14-day free trial (checked October 2026).
Valuecase calls each workspace a Space. Before the sale, reps share proposals, case studies, recordings and a mutual action plan in it. After the sale, the same Space becomes the onboarding plan, with intake forms, tasks and progress tracking, so nothing is lost in the handoff. Buyers don't pay or need an account, and the data is hosted in Germany.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
B2B software and service companies with multi-stakeholder deals and an onboarding process that runs on spreadsheets and long email threads. It suits teams that want the same workspace to carry a customer from sale to go-live. Teams that only need a quick content share, or a full professional services project tool, may find it more or less than they need.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Valuecase cost?
Starter is €59 and Growth €119 per user a month billed annually, or €75 and €159 monthly. Scale is quoted for five or more users. There's a 14-day free trial (checked October 2026).
Does Valuecase integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce?
HubSpot and Pipedrive come with Growth. Salesforce, and HubSpot custom objects, are on the Scale plan. Zapier and Make automations are included from Starter.
Do my buyers need a Valuecase account?
No. Buyers open a Space from a link, without an account, and you don't pay for them.
Can Valuecase be used for customer onboarding?
Yes. Onboarding is one of its two main uses, with project plans, intake forms with conditional logic, customer reminders and time-to-completion analytics on Growth and above.
What are Valuecase's limits?
Prices are in euros and every internal user is a paid seat. Salesforce needs the custom Scale plan. One independent comparison describes it as stronger at sales rooms and collaboration than at running complex onboarding projects.
What are the alternatives to Valuecase?
Dock and Flowla also combine deal rooms with onboarding. Aligned and Recapped focus on digital sales rooms and mutual action plans, and Trumpet builds buyer workspaces for sales and customer teams.
