YCBM
YCBM (YouCanBookMe) is a scheduling tool that turns your calendar availability into branded booking pages, so prospects and customers book a time without the back and forth, for small and midsize businesses, coaches and sales teams.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is YCBM?
There's a free plan, and paid plans start at $9 a month on Individual, billed monthly (checked October 2026).
You connect a Google, Microsoft or Apple calendar, set your availability and share a booking link, embed it on your site or paste suggested times into an email. YCBM handles time zones, confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations, and can take payment through Stripe before a meeting is confirmed. It's known for how much of the booking page and form you can customize. For a sales team it covers the step between a reply and a held meeting, with round robin on the Team plan.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Small and midsize businesses, consultants and teams that book a steady flow of calls and want branded pages, detailed intake forms and reminders that cut no-shows. Sales teams that need lead routing from web forms into the right rep's calendar, or deep two-way CRM logic beyond HubSpot, usually look at a dedicated routing tool.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does YouCanBookMe cost?
Individual is $9, Professional $13 and Team $18 per member a month on monthly billing, with 10% off yearly and 20% off for two years. The free plan covers one calendar and one booking page (checked October 2026).
Is YouCanBookMe free?
Yes. The free-forever plan gives you one booking page connected to one calendar, with Stripe payments and video links, but your page and emails carry YCBM's branding.
Does YouCanBookMe integrate with HubSpot?
Yes, on the Professional and Team plans, which include a direct HubSpot integration. Other CRMs connect through Zapier or webhooks.
What are YouCanBookMe's limits?
Round robin and team scheduling need the Team plan, SMS reminders cost extra on every plan, and the free plan checks only one calendar. It doesn't route inbound leads from a web form to reps by territory or account owner.
What are the alternatives to YouCanBookMe?
Calendly and Cal.com are the closest general schedulers. Chili Piper and RevenueHero focus on routing inbound leads to the right rep's calendar, which matters more for B2B sales teams.
