Rocketseed
Rocketseed is an email signature management tool that applies branded signatures, disclaimers and clickable banners to every employee email for IT and marketing teams at companies with 50 or more staff.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Rocketseed?
For 50 employees it costs $705 a year or $73 a month, plus a one-time setup fee (checked October 2026).
Rocketseed adds signatures at the mail server after an email leaves the sender, so there's nothing for employees to install or edit. Signatures show on replies, forwards and mobile, and staff can't change them. Names, titles and phone numbers come from your directory. Marketing can run banner campaigns targeted by sender, recipient domain, department or schedule, and track clicks.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Companies with 50 or more employees on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Exchange that want IT to control every signature and marketing to run banners. It's priced and sold for teams of 50 and up, so a small team that just wants a nicer signature will find lighter tools cheaper.
