Xink
Xink is an email signature management tool that lets IT and marketing teams control every employee's signature from one dashboard, across Microsoft 365, Outlook and Google Workspace.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Xink?
Pricing is per user and drops with volume, from about $0.81 per user per month in third-party listings, with a 14-day free trial (checked October 2026).
Xink ApS started in 2003 as eMailSignature, moved to the cloud and took the Xink name in 2013, and says 3.3 million people use it. Signature details come from your directory, so a title change in Entra ID or Google Workspace shows up in the signature. For a revenue team it's a small marketing channel: every email a rep sends can carry a banner for an event, a case study or a booking link, with clicks tracked.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
IT and marketing teams at companies with dozens to hundreds of employees on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace who want signatures, disclaimers and banners controlled centrally. A team of a few people may not need it, and one listing puts the minimum at 10 users.
- Consistent signatures on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Usage
How to use Xink.
Connect your directory (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, on-premises Active Directory or SQL) so employee fields fill in automatically. Build signatures in the editor or upload your own HTML, preview them with live employee data, then set rules for which department or office gets which signature. Outlook on the web uses the Xink add-in. Campaign banners can be scheduled and targeted by team, and the dashboard tracks clicks and rollout status.
Cost
Pricing.
From about $0.81 per user a month
Xink prices per user, falling as the user count rises, and shows the exact figure in a calculator on its pricing page (checked October 2026). TrustRadius and Capterra list it from about $0.81 per user per month, and TrustRadius gives $13.60 a month for the 10-user minimum. Billing is monthly or yearly with no contract, and education, nonprofit and government buyers get discounts. Over 300 licenses, ask for a quote.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Xink cost?
It's priced per user and gets cheaper with volume. Third-party listings show about $0.81 per user per month, or $13.60 a month at the 10-user minimum, and the calculator on xink.io gives your exact price (checked October 2026).
Does Xink work with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. It syncs employee data from Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace and on-premises directories, and applies signatures in New and Classic Outlook, Outlook on the web through an add-in, and Gmail.
Can I run marketing campaigns in Xink signatures?
Yes. You can create banner campaigns, schedule them for set dates, target them by department or location, and track clicks and engagement in the campaign dashboard.
What are Xink's limits?
Exact prices sit behind a calculator, larger rollouts over 300 licenses need a quote, and the tool only covers signatures, so it doesn't replace an email marketing platform.
What are the alternatives to Xink?
Exclaimer, WiseStamp, Newoldstamp, Signitic and Signature.email are other email signature management tools to compare on directory sync, banner campaigns and price per user.
