The agents reply on web chat, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs and email on every plan, with WhatsApp from Conversation Pro and phone calls from Voice Pro. Around them sit a CRM with a visual pipeline, a calendar the agents book into, a funnel and landing page builder, email and SMS broadcasts and reputation management. It's an inbound tool: the point is that a call or message at 9 pm still gets answered and booked.

It isn't a LinkedIn or B2B outbound prospecting tool any more, and teams already on Salesforce or HubSpot should check how it fits, since it ships its own CRM.

How to use Salee AI.
Pick a plan, then build the agent in the guided setup wizard, pay $297 for a self-service agent build, or buy the $2,500 done-for-you setup. Connect a phone number, the website chat widget, social accounts and the calendar. The agent handles conversations and hands off when a person is needed. API access and advanced integrations are listed only on the Business Suite plan; no named CRM integrations are published.
