How to use Smartsupp.
Add the chat code to your site, or install the plugin for WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify or one of 60+ other platforms. Connect WhatsApp, Messenger and your email addresses, set office hours and write automated messages. Google Analytics 4 tracks chat's effect on conversions. On Plus and above, the REST API and webhooks sync conversations to your systems, and MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT search chats and reply. Agents also work from iOS, Android and Windows apps.
