SalesScreen
SalesScreen is a sales gamification tool that turns CRM activity into live leaderboards, competitions and recognition, with AI alerts on which reps are drifting off pace, for sales managers running teams of 10 or more.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is SalesScreen?
Scale costs $30 per user per month for at least 10 users, on an annual contract (checked October 2026).
It reads the calls, meetings, deals and other activity your team already logs, then shows it on dashboards, office TV screens, the web and mobile. Its Scout AI watches activity trends and suggests a competition, mission or nudge to fix a slipping metric. SalesScreen was founded in 2011 in Oslo, Norway, and hosts its data in the EU. It sits on top of the CRM and dialer and doesn't replace either.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Sales managers running teams of 10 or more reps on Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Dynamics, where daily activity like calls and meetings can be measured. Teams under 10 can only use the Essentials plan, and teams that want a short pilot should note the paid plans are annual contracts.

Usage
How to use SalesScreen.
An admin connects the CRM, which needs admin access, and picks the metrics to track and gamify. SalesScreen lists native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics, plus Salesloft, Outreach, Seismic and Chorus, and posts wins to Slack or Microsoft Teams. Managers then set up competitions and dashboards, and TV screens run on a Google TV Streamer, a Chromebox or any modern browser.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does SalesScreen cost?
Scale is $30 per user per month for teams of at least 10, Pro is $45 for teams of at least 15, and Enterprise is quoted. Plans are annual contracts, and the Essentials plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
Does SalesScreen integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot?
Yes, both are native integrations that sync activity in real time, and connecting either needs CRM admin access. It also connects to Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics.
Is SalesScreen a CRM?
No. It reads data from your CRM and other sales tools and turns it into leaderboards, competitions and recognition. The CRM connection is read only.
What are SalesScreen's limits?
Paid plans need at least 10 users and an annual contract, and Scout AI isn't on Essentials. It only gamifies what your team already logs, so patchy CRM data means patchy leaderboards.
What are the alternatives to SalesScreen?
Hoopla centers on live leaderboards and TV broadcasts, Plecto on KPI dashboards with contests, LevelEleven on coaching and contests inside Salesforce, and Ambition on coaching and accountability.
