Vyte
Vyte is a scheduling tool that lets guests vote on meeting times or book you from a personal page, for professionals and teams who set up meetings with several people.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Vyte?
The Free plan costs nothing, and Pro is $10 per user a month, or $8 a month billed yearly (checked October 2026).
Vyte is made by Vytein SAS, a French company. It covers two jobs. For group meetings you propose dates and places, guests vote or add their own options, and you confirm the slot with the most votes. For one-to-one meetings, people pick a time on your Vyte Page, which checks your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar so nothing gets double booked.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
People and small teams who often schedule with several outside guests and want a poll and a booking page in the same app. Sales teams that need lead routing or round-robin rules for inbound demos should compare a tool built for that before choosing Vyte.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Vyte cost?
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is $10 per user a month on monthly billing, or $96 per user a year, and Enterprise is priced on request (checked October 2026).
How does group scheduling work in Vyte?
You send several date and place options, and guests vote or suggest their own. A two-person meeting confirms on the guest's first vote. For groups, you confirm the option with the most votes.
Which calendars and video tools does Vyte connect to?
It syncs with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, plus calendars such as Proton and Infomaniak. It creates Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links automatically and can add Webex, Whereby or Skype details.
Does Vyte integrate with a CRM?
Yes. Confirmed Vyte meetings create meeting activities in HubSpot and Pipedrive. Zapier, Make and Integrately cover other apps, and there's an API with webhooks.
What are Vyte's limits?
Branding, buffer times, weekly availability, teams and webhooks all need Pro. Its CRM links are limited to HubSpot and Pipedrive, and its site doesn't list lead routing rules for inbound sales demos.
What are the alternatives to Vyte?
Calendly, Cal.com and YCBM are booking page tools, and Doodle focuses on finding a time for groups. Chili Piper is built for routing and booking inbound sales meetings.
