Xtensio
Xtensio is a document workspace for building branded one-pagers, proposals, decks and reports from templates, then sharing them as live links that stay current, for consultants, agencies, founders and small sales teams.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Xtensio?
There's a free plan with no time limit, and Xtensio Plus is $10 per person per month billed yearly, or $12 monthly (checked October 2026).
You start from one of its 80 or so templates or generate a draft with AI, then edit in place with drag-and-drop modules like charts, tables, video and embeds. Your logo, colors and fonts apply to everything. For a sales team it's the place to build sales sheets, one-pagers and proposals that a rep sends as a link, then sees who opened it and which sections they read.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Consultants, agencies, founders and small teams who send branded documents to buyers or customers and want one link that stays up to date. It's not a proposal tool with e-signatures, quotes or CRM sync, and a Plus workspace holds only five people, so larger sales teams need a custom plan.
- Sales sheets and one-pagers
- Proposals and account reports
- Investor one-pagers and pitch decks

Questions
Frequently asked.
Is Xtensio free?
Yes. The free plan doesn't expire and includes 10 documents, every template, live link sharing and 200 AI credits to start, but exports and links carry an Xtensio mark.
How much does Xtensio Plus cost?
$10 per person per month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly. It adds unbranded exports, unlimited documents, your own domain, password-protected links and engagement analytics.
Do recipients need an Xtensio account to see a document?
No. A live link opens in any browser without signing in. An account is only needed when you invite someone as a guest to review or edit.
What are Xtensio's limits?
It doesn't handle e-signatures, pricing tables tied to a CRM or quote approval, so it's not a full proposal tool. Plus workspaces cap at five people, and the free plan watermarks everything you share.
What are the alternatives to Xtensio?
Qwilr, PandaDoc and Proposify are proposal tools with quotes and e-signatures, DocSend focuses on tracked document sharing, and Beautiful.ai builds presentations.
