Overview: What is Proposify?

Basic costs $19 per user per month billed annually or $29 monthly, and Team costs $41 per user per month billed annually (checked October 2026).

The core is a drag-and-drop editor plus a content library of reusable sections, snippets and images, so a new rep sends the same approved pricing, terms and case studies as everyone else. Buyers can pick optional line items or change quantities in the pricing table and sign in the same browser tab. Proposify reports when each recipient opened the document and how long they spent on each section. It sits at the proposal stage, after discovery and the demo, and pulls deal data from the CRM on the Team plan and up.

Fit: Ideal customer profile.

Agencies, consultancies, IT providers and sales teams that send proposals every week and want every rep to use the same approved content. It's less suited to someone sending a few documents a year, to teams that only need signatures, or to designers who want full layout control.

  • Template-based proposals and quotes
  • Consistent pricing and terms across reps

Usage

How to use Proposify.

Build templates and library content first, then create documents from CRM deals so names, line items and custom fields fill in. Proposify lists around 50 integrations, native or via Zapier: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Copper and Close on the CRM side, QuickBooks, FreshBooks and Wave for invoicing, Stripe for payments, and Slack, Gong and Vidyard. The Salesforce managed package is a paid add-on, and the API and single sign-on through Okta, Azure or Salesforce are on Business.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How much does Proposify cost?

Basic is $19 per user per month billed annually or $29 monthly, Team is $41 per user per month billed annually or $49 quarterly, and Business is quoted from $3,900 a year (checked October 2026).

Does Proposify have a free plan?

No. There's a 14-day trial with Team features and no credit card. Buyers can still view and accept proposals you sent during the trial after it ends.

Does Proposify integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce?

HubSpot connects natively once you're on a plan with integrations (Team and up). Salesforce runs through a managed package that Proposify sells as a premium add-on.

What are Proposify's limits?

Every plan caps monthly sends, so a high-volume team can outgrow Basic fast. Reviewers on SmartKeys and Software Advice say text pasted from Word loses its formatting and fine design control is limited, and the interface translates into 15 languages but your proposal content doesn't.

What are the alternatives to Proposify?

PandaDoc covers proposals alongside wider document workflows, Qwilr turns proposals into interactive web pages, Better Proposals is a simpler web proposal tool, and GetAccept adds a deal room around the document.
