Overview: What is YAMM?

The free plan covers 20 recipients a day, and Pro seats are billed yearly at a price that depends on your billing country (checked October 2026).

YAMM is made by Talarian, which says more than 10 million people have used it. You write the email as a Gmail draft with markers such as {{First name}}, keep the list in a Google Sheet and send from the Extensions menu, with tracking written back to each row. In an outbound motion it's the lightest sending setup there is, and teams that need multi-step sequences usually move to a cold email tool.

Fit: Ideal customer profile.

Founders, small sales and partnerships teams, recruiters, schools and nonprofits on Gmail or Google Workspace who send personalized one-to-many emails and want replies in their own inbox. It's a weaker fit for teams running daily cold sequences across several inboxes, since it has no warm-up or inbox rotation, and it doesn't work with Outlook.

Usage

How to use YAMM.

Install YAMM from the Google Workspace Marketplace and write a Gmail draft with markers that match your column headers. Open the add-on from the Extensions menu in Sheets, send yourself a test, then send the merge. Contacts can come from Google Contacts, and YAMM's guides show how to pull them from Salesforce, HubSpot or Copper and write sending activity back to the CRM. Follow-ups go to the rows you filter, in the same thread.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How much does YAMM cost?

The free plan sends to 20 recipients a day. Pro is a yearly subscription per seat, priced by billing country, so YAMM shows the price on its billing page rather than as one list price (checked October 2026).

How many emails can YAMM send per day?

20 recipients a day on the free plan, 400 with Pro on a gmail.com account and 1,500 with Pro on a paid Google Workspace account. A new Workspace account can be held to 400 for a while, and YAMM splits bigger lists over several days.

Does YAMM send automated follow-up sequences?

Not the way a cold email sequencer does. You launch each follow-up yourself, to rows filtered by status, and it goes out in the same thread. One independent comparison also notes it has no warm-up or other protection for sender reputation.

Does YAMM integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?

There's no native sync. YAMM's guides show how to import contacts from Salesforce, HubSpot or Copper into a sheet, send from there and update the CRM with the sending activity.

What are the alternatives to YAMM?

GMass also sends from Gmail and adds automated follow-ups, Mailmeteor works from Gmail or Outlook, and Woodpecker and QuickMail are cold email tools with warm-up and inbox rotation.
