Overview: What is SwagUp?

It's free to start on the Basic membership, with paid memberships from $99 a month on Silver (checked October 2026).

You order swag or curated packs, approve mockups with unlimited edits, then ship right away or store inventory in SwagUp's New Jersey warehouse for later sends. Redeem Pages let recipients pick items and enter their size and address, and Swag Shops give employees or customers a branded store. For sales teams the useful part is the Salesforce app: a rep can send a pack to a prospect and track the shipment from the record. Memberships cut storage, shipping and production fees as volume grows.

Fit: Ideal customer profile.

Companies that run ongoing swag programs, such as onboarding kits, event merchandise and customer or prospect gifts, and want one vendor to design, store and ship them. Teams that only need occasional one-off gifts to prospects, without buying and storing inventory, are better served by an on-demand gifting platform.

Usage

How to use SwagUp.

Create a free account, shop products or book a demo, and approve the mockups. Ship packs straight away or keep them in the warehouse, then send from the dashboard, a Redeem Page or an integration. SwagUp's help center documents sending swag, tracking shipments and cancelling orders from Salesforce, and the homepage lists HubSpot, Slack and HRIS connections. Custom swag typically takes three to four weeks to produce, so plan event orders early.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How much does SwagUp cost?

The platform is free on Basic; you pay for swag, storage and shipping. Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships cost $99, $499 and $999 a month on an annual plan, and cut fees and add features (checked October 2026).

Does SwagUp charge for storage?

Yes, every six months, based on what's left in inventory. On Basic that's $5 per pack, $0.25 per small item, $1 per medium item and $3 per large item. Platinum stores for free.

Does SwagUp integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot?

Yes. SwagUp's Salesforce app lets reps send swag and track shipments from Salesforce, and it lists HubSpot, Slack and HRIS integrations. Full integration access sits on Gold and above.

What are SwagUp's limits?

Custom swag usually takes three to four weeks, expedited production costs extra on lower plans, and storage fees add up if inventory sits. Independent comparisons note that warehouse-based platforms like SwagUp work best when you order in bulk rather than one item at a time.

What are the alternatives to SwagUp?

Swag.com and Printfection (now Swag Pro) also store and ship branded merchandise. Reachdesk, Postal and Alyce focus on corporate gifting to prospects and customers, tracked in the CRM.
