Zoho
Zoho is a suite of business software whose sales product, Zoho CRM, handles leads, deals, pipelines, email and automation for small and mid-size sales teams.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Zoho?
Zoho CRM is free for up to three users, and paid editions start at $14 per user per month on Standard, billed yearly, or $20 billed monthly (checked October 2026).
Zoho Corporation is a privately held company based in Chennai, India. Beyond the CRM it sells Bigin, a simpler pipeline CRM, CRM Plus, which bundles sales, marketing and support apps, and Zoho One, the full suite of its business apps. Zoho CRM's price is its main draw against HubSpot and Salesforce, and the trade-off is that many features sit on higher editions or in separate Zoho apps.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Small and mid-size B2B teams that want pipelines, workflow automation and forecasting at a low per-user price, especially if they already use Zoho Mail, Books or Desk. Teams that want marketing, sales and service on one database with little setup often look at HubSpot instead, and large, complex sales orgs at Salesforce.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Zoho CRM cost?
It's free for up to three users. Paid editions are $14, $23, $40 and $52 per user per month on yearly billing for Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate, or $20, $35, $50 and $65 monthly (checked October 2026).
What's the difference between Zoho CRM and Zoho One?
Zoho CRM is the sales app. Zoho One is the full suite of Zoho's business apps, including CRM, priced at $37 per employee per month on yearly billing when you license every employee.
Is Zoho CRM good for B2B sales teams?
It covers pipelines, forecasting, calling, email and automation at a low price. Process management, CPQ and unlimited reports start on Professional, so many growing teams end up there rather than on Standard.
What are Zoho CRM's limits?
Monthly billing costs 25% to about 50% more than yearly. Key features sit on Professional and above, and marketing automation, help desk and analytics are separate Zoho products, so the total grows unless you move to CRM Plus or Zoho One.
What are the alternatives to Zoho CRM?
HubSpot puts marketing, sales and service on one database, Salesforce suits large and complex sales orgs, Pipedrive is a simpler pipeline-first CRM for small teams, and Close combines calling, email and SMS in one sales CRM.
