Superhuman
Superhuman is an email app tool that adds AI drafting, a split inbox and keyboard shortcuts to Gmail and Microsoft 365 accounts for people who spend their day in email.
Updated October 2026

Overview: What is Superhuman?
Superhuman Mail starts at $25 per user a month billed annually, or $30 monthly (checked October 2026).
Grammarly bought Superhuman in July 2025 and renamed the whole company Superhuman that October. The email app is now sold as Superhuman Mail, next to Grammarly, Superhuman Docs and the Go assistant. The app connects to Google and Microsoft 365 accounts through their APIs. It drafts replies in your tone, sorts mail into split inboxes, and shows when recipients open your messages.
Fit: Ideal customer profile.
Sellers, founders and executives who handle a heavy flow of one-to-one email on Google or Microsoft 365. It's a personal email app, not a sequencing tool, so outbound teams still need a separate platform for cold campaigns. Accounts on other mail hosts aren't supported.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does Superhuman cost?
Superhuman Mail Starter is $25 per user a month billed annually or $30 monthly. Business is $33 annually or $40 monthly, and Enterprise is quoted (checked October 2026).
Is Superhuman part of Grammarly now?
Yes. Grammarly bought Superhuman in July 2025, then renamed the company Superhuman in October 2025. The email app is now called Superhuman Mail, and Grammarly keeps its own name as a product.
Does Superhuman work with Outlook?
Yes. Superhuman Mail supports Google and Microsoft 365 hosted accounts. Other email hosts aren't supported.
Does Superhuman integrate with a CRM?
HubSpot and Salesforce integration comes with the Business plan, not Starter. The feature list also names Pipedrive.
What are Superhuman's limits?
It only works with Google and Microsoft 365 accounts, and Starter and Business cap a team at 25 seats. CRM sync, Auto Drafts and Ask AI need Business, and it isn't built for sending cold email campaigns.
What are the alternatives to Superhuman?
Missive and Front are shared inboxes for teams that answer email together. Mixmax and Mailbutler add sales features inside your existing Gmail or Outlook inbox, and Fyxer AI sorts mail and drafts replies there too.
